Coffee Drop-In

We would like to invite our nurses to a coffee drop-in on Tuesday, March 18 from 1600-2000 in conference room C. This will be in preparation for our next bargaining session on March 21, we will be asking for observers to attend this session with the mediator. Stay tuned for a Hustle text around bargaining.

Bargaining

We are back at the table on March 21, 2025, at 1030, if you can join us as an observer and hear how management is responding to our proposals. If you are unable to join in person, please ensure if you are working that you wear your 'I support my bargaining team' sticker. Management doesn’t feel pressure, so they think that dragging these proceedings out again will result in us accepting less than we deserve. If you are not a member or are unsure of your membership status, now is the time to become a member. The greater our collective voice, the more bargaining leverage we have.

Health and Safety Concerns

I have heard safety concerns from many of you. We have had DOH complaints filed in the past where the hospital was allowed to police themselves, but to see real change we need all nurses with concerns to file DOH or OSHA complaints. If you are unsure how to do this, please contact your nurse representative, Stephenie Troftgruben (stroftgruben@wsna.org). We will have additional information at the coffee drop-in on Tuesday the 18th.
