We have a tentative agreement!
Posted Apr 11, 2022
We, your negotiation team, met on Friday, April 8 for our 6th session. We are excited to share that we have reached a tentative agreement! We believe this agreement provides some great improvements to our wages, hours and working conditions and strongly recommend a YES vote. We will be providing a detailed summary of all of the changes in the next few days, so stay tuned! Some of the highlights are long-overdue improvements to Rest Between Shifts for those who come in on call, daily overtime, float pay, expansion of Work on a Day Off language, training and orientation, education and professional reimbursement, other premiums and yes, wages.
Time to vote!
We will be holding the vote on Tuesday, April 19 from 2 – 4:30 p.m. and 6 – 8:30 p.m. Our tentative location is AB and C HEC rooms. You must be a member in good standing to be eligible to vote. You can find the membership application at https://www.wsna.org/membership/application.
If you have not donated PTO time to your negotiation team to help offset time off to attend negotiations, it would be greatly appreciated. You can donate as little as one hour. If you would like to donate PTO, please see the MOU for more information and download the form to be submitted.
