We, your negotiation team, met on Thursday, March 31 for our 5^th negotiation session. We exchanged wage proposals which seek guaranteed wage increases in each year of the contract that encourage retention and recruitment. We are still making good progress. We have secured multiple tentative agreements in a number of areas including but not limited to training and orientation, education and professional reimbursement, and other premiums. Our next session is on Friday, April 8. Are you able to support your negotiation team? They have put in a lot of work and are not being paid.
