Your WSNA Negotiation Team recommends a YES vote for your contract!

After 13 sessions, and nearly 8 months, we have secured a deal that makes substantial improvements in many areas of your contract. We have also secured competitive raises and a retention bonus. If nurses vote to ratify our tentative agreement, our new wages will go into effect the second full pay period after ratification. Join us Wednesday, Nov. 13 from 11 am - 1 pm and 4 - 5:45 pm to cast your vote.  You MUST be a member in good standing to vote. A member in good standing means you’re a dues-paying member. We will have membership applications available at the vote for nurses to join and vote the same day!

Bargaining team members, your WSNA Nurse Representative, and your attorney-negotiator will be available to answer questions. Full red-lined (marked-up) copies of the changes between the old and newly negotiated contract will also be available at ratification for members to review. See you there!
