Thanks to everyone who was able to show up to our kickoff event yesterday - hundreds of nurses and community members came out to show St. Joes that we are UNION STRONG! Our first day of negotiations is tomorrow, and we're so excited to stand together as a united front for our patients, coworkers, and community.

More shirts are coming!

If you didn't get a shirt at the kickoff event yesterday, please fill out this form by September 3 so we can get you in for the next order! Shirts will be delivered by officers and unit reps, and we'll let everyone know once the next batch of shirts are in.

Come Observe Negotiations!

Our first day of negotiations will be tomorrow, 8/21. After this initial negotiation session, we will be opening up bargaining to observers so you can see what the bargaining process looks like. This will keep our process transparent and hold management accountable. You can find a guide on observing bargaining by using the link below. The next scheduled dates for negotiations are August 28, September 3, and September 11.

Bargaining schedules are often unpredictable, so we can't give you exact times and locations yet.  If you want to get updates on negotiations details so you can come observe, fill out this form.

Let's turn the hospital blue to show management that we're united for a fair contract.
