For the first time in WSNA history, we will be voting electronically on this contract ratification! We are hopeful that this change will make voting more accessible to everyone. All members in good standing (that is, current dues-paying members) will receive a unique on-line ballot to the same email address on file with WSNA at 0800 on 12/17. Voting will close at 12/19 at 2000. If you do not receive a ballot by 12/17 at 0900, please check your junk and spam email. If you still don’t see a ballot, email sjmc@wsna.org and someone will follow up with you. If you need to fill out a membership application so that you are eligible to vote, you can do that here.

You will have access to the red-lined draft contract, where you can see all the changes between the old and new contracts, during the vote. You can always view the Tentative Agreement (“TA”) highlights and wage scale here.

If you need assistance with on-line voting, or have questions about the TA or the red-lined draft contract, bargaining team members and WSNA staff will be in Conference Room G on 12/19 from 0800-1200 and 1400-2000 to assist – you’ll be able to complete your on-line ballot there. We will release the results of the vote immediately after the vote closes at 2000 on 12/19.

PTO Donation Forms

Nurses can donate PTO hours to the bargaining team to help defray the unpaid time of 14 bargaining sessions, not to mention prep and work away from the table. This is the only compensation that the volunteer bargaining team will receive. You can fill out this form online and send it to sjmc@wsna.org, or print the form out and send a picture to sjmc@wsna.org or give the form to a bargaining team member.
