Submit your claims for EIB reimbursement
You voted to ratify the MOU that grants immediate access to EIB if you are mandated to quarantine by Employee Health. If you were mandated to stay home between May 11, 2023 and now and had to use anywhere up to 32 hours of PTO that you would like to exchange for EIB hours, please submit a paycheck inquiry form and/or request the change via MyHR or your timekeeper. If you have any difficulties accessing EIB after submitting a request, please let your nurse rep Grace know by emailing gchesterman@wsna.org.
