Our WSNA negotiating team recommends a YES vote
The agreement includes:
- 11% first full pay period after ratification
- 4% & 4% first full pay period after Feb. 1, 2023 & 2024 respectively.
- $1500 ratification bonuses
- Ghost steps 17, 21, and 23 filled in February 2023.
- Increase to night shift diff
- Increase to Charge Nurse premium
- New BSN premium
- Parking safety improvements
