On March 14, your dedicated team of nurses met with management for the seventh session of bargaining. We are pleased to report we made great progress this day. Management has reworked their proposal around the compensation study and its implementation. Now, wage increases to the current wage scale are being discussed. We feel the Signs of Solidarity we created together in December made an important difference at the table this session!

Our next day to bargain is April 23.
