Staffing is continuing to be a major problem and issue at Skagit. We are aware of the surge in patients and chronic poor staffing. Your WSNA team requested consideration of extending the extra shift incentive memorandum of understanding (MOU) to help with the staffing crisis. This request was denied by management. Since the expiration of this MOU, staffing has worsened in multiple departments.

Your co-workers have created a petition to urge management to reinstate the Extra Shift Incentive Memorandum of Understanding.
