Public Health (PH) Nurses providing services to vulnerable communities in King County – We need YOU to weigh in on November 13!

When

9:30 am Wednesday, November 13, 2024, Budget and Fiscal Management Committee Meeting

Agenda and Instructions in brief: Call to Order, Roll Call, Approval of Minutes and Public Comment

Public Comment period: Please use time off, a rest or meal break, or flex time to participate. Avoid use of work equipment to join the meeting.

How to prepare

Public comment time limits are usually a couple of minutes. WSNA members should plan to speak in support of sustained PH funding in coalition with Protec 17 and OPEIU 8.  Since our first petition in October 2023, we have been clear. You are uniquely qualified to speak about the human impact of the Council’s decision on this budget item (#18). Councilmembers need to hear your firsthand knowledge and experience to inform their vote.
