We met for our fourth negotiation session on Dec. 18, 2019.

The parties spent considerable time on the grievance procedure language and union recognition/bargaining unit membership today as we continue to slog through the county's massive rewrite of your entire collective bargaining agreement. No new agreements were reached today. Fortunately, we were able to nail down some dates for more bargaining sessions: Jan 10, Jan 16, Jan 30 of 2020.

IMPORTANT NOTE regarding donating time to the Negotiating Team!

Thank you to those of you who have donated, or attempted to donate time to the negotiating team. To clarify - You CANNOT donate sick time to the team, you can ONLY donate vacation or comp time. We appreciate your willingness to help, but we have to follow the county process. Those forms will be returned to those that donated sick leave.
