Please keep a look out in your postal mail for a small token of our appreciation from your Union officers😊. The officers are looking forward to the time when it is safe and appropriate to hold their usual in-person dinner/celebration.
Sincerely, Tami Nesler, Yolanda Morris, & Carolyn Clark
Nominations for WSNA officer positions now being accepted
It's time to elect our next group of WSNA leaders for the Public Health Seattle King County Staff Nurse bargaining unit. Nominate yourself or another WSNA member activist for a WSNA Local Unit Officer position.
These roles are vital for the continued advocacy of your nursing practice and working conditions at the County. These elected positions will assist in making decisions for RN supervisors working for King County, including day-to-day issues that arise.
Only members may make nominations and only members may be officers. (All nominees must agree to being on the ballot for any position for which they are nominated.) If you are not yet a member of WSNA, join today,
https://www.wsna.org/membership/application
Nominations are due May 19, 2021. The online nomination form includes descriptions of the duties for each position and training is provided.
