Electronic voting will begin Monday, March 24, 2025 at 5 pm, and end March 252025 at 10 pm.

This vote will be held electronically ONLY. No in person location will be needed or carried out for this.  Ballots will be sent to your personal email address on file the day of the vote. If you do not receive a ballot to your inbox the day of the vote, please check your spam or junk folders first before contacting your Nurse Rep. If still no ballot, reach out to your Nurse Rep as soon as possible so we can promptly address this issue for you.

What is the current benefit and purpose of the Unit Scheduler? Unit Schedulers are RNs in the bargaining unit who work to address scheduling needs of the nurses when time off is requested. Their work helps to simplify the process for the nurses, because it gives them a person to go to, speak directly with and communicate direct needs or concerns. With the new central scheduling system, Peace Health is eliminating this work, but not just yet. The tentative agreement reached titled “Letter of Understanding: Unit Schedulers” will now ensure our WSNA nurses have this personal connection and benefit for the coming months if ratified.

WSNA is recommending a “YES” vote.

You can view the proposed LOU prior to Monday on the local unit web page at wsna.org.
