Bargaining resumes tomorrow, April 1. We are looking forward to hearing management’s responses to our proposals. In previous sessions Management proposed a weekend requirement for our per diem colleagues, proposed takeaways on our PTO, and we are also concerned about taking too much call and not being compensated fairly for it.

We wanted to highlight how these issues affect your peers every day, so we create three videos around the issues: Per Diems, PTO, and On-Call and posted them to your Facebook group. Please look at the videos to see what we are fighting for and hear these nurses' personal stories. We are asking everyone to wear your "Hands off my PTO" Stickers on Negotiation day, Thursday April 1st. You can get a sticker from any Unit Rep, or Officer. If you cannot find a sticker please get in touch with Zach Seikel, WSNA Organizer, zseikel@wsna.org.
