We return to the bargaining table February 13 with a Federal Mediator. Leaders from Central’s bargaining unit are planning to attend and offer support. It’s important we stay united and continue to show Confluence we want a fair 1st contract now. Join us as an observer if you can. Every voice matters. We are union strong together! Here are some ways you can help get Mares nurses across the finish line!
- Show up for the team as an Observer! 2/13. Lunch provided. Text Jenny Galassi to sign up. 206-707-2948. Campbell Building, 609 Highline Dr., East Wenatchee.
- Wear your blue WSNA t shirt and/ or blue scrubs and send pics of your unit decked out in blue to mares@wsna.org.
- Send a note from your personal email to your manager(s) of choice telling them nurses need a fair contract now! More information about this can be found on your WSNA Mares Local unit page.
- Continue placing our Wenatchee Loves Nurses signs in your car window, home or ask a Local business if we can place it in their window! This sends the message to Confluence our community stands with their nurses. Confluence should too, for a fair contract now.
- Join WSNA as a voting member. Your voice matters. We are union strong together.
*Please note member dues cannot be deducted until we have reached a full tentative agreement on our first contract and your bargaining unit votes to approve it. We’ll let you know when that is!
