Your new contract is live!

Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote on your new collective barganing agreement. The CBA contains many enhancements such as changes to OT rules, a new cross training premium and a greater chance to be involved with educational needs and offerings. There is also a new provision in which you are entitled to representation by a local unit officer AND your nurse representative should you require representation in matters relating to discipline.

We’ve addressed your concerns

Recently nurses have expressed deep concern over the presentation held by the Coors Leadership Group. Your officers have communicated directly with Coors as well as Cascade administration regarding your feedback and we have been assured there will be a response from administration regarding the issues that you have brought forward.

We know that you have given more than what was asked of you through COVID and how the messaging you received was damaging. We have confidence that Cascade administration will answer these concerns in a compassionate and understanding matter.

Conference Committee

Conference committee is scheduled for October 24. We are hoping to reach an agreement for a process regarding long term vacation requests for nurses within the barganing unit. Conference committee is a contractual right where officers and your nurse representative meet with administration to bring forth concerns from the barganing unit.
