Workshop Therapeutic Touch

This workshop provides an introduction to the theory and practice of Therapeutic Touch (TT). It is designed for anyone new to the practice of Therapeutic Touch.

Healthcare professionals who have the desire to help themselves, family and friends with their healing process are encouraged to participate. Participants will practice fundamental techniques, understand the effects, and learn about uses of TT in various settings. Therapeutic Touch® is a holistic, evidence-based therapy that incorporates the intentional and compassionate use of universal energy to promote balance and wellbeing.

This free presentation is open to RNs, LPNs and nursing students. Nurses who attend and complete an evaluation will receive a certificate of attendance.

We will be collecting donations of new stuffed animals/stuffies as well as personal care products – shampoo, conditioner, new hair brushes, etc. for Community Healthcare programs. Please bring donations with you to the event.
