A special message from bargaining team member Meri Hart-Bukovinsky
Posted Dec 6, 2019

To all my colleagues at Kadlec,
As a member of the negotiating team, I am recommending a YES vote on the tentative contract agreement. I am at the table with the rest of our negotiating team fighting for the ALL the nurses at Kadlec.
Our members gave us their priorities and we gave them 95% of what they asked for. We are dealing with a corporate giant and getting 95% of what we want, I consider a win. You see, they didn't get everything they want either. We accomplished that.
I have A LOT that I have invested, sacrificed, and given up for this negotiations. If I felt that we could get 100% of what we wanted then you bet I would keep fighting.
In Solidarity,
Meri Hart-Bukovinsky, Bargaining Team Member
