Your 2023 Wage Reopener bargaining team met with management for 4 sessions and took one additional day off for a bargaining session that was cancelled. This required cancelling scheduled shifts so they could represent all Whidbey nurses during these important negotiations. Additionally, your team spent hours in caucus working on proposals. Your team was able to reach a tentative agreement on Monday. The vote will take place on Monday, June 12 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. in Conference Room C.

PLEASE consider supporting your team with PTO donation which will help offset some of their loss of wages incurred while bargaining for all Whidbey WSNA nurses.

You have until July 3 to donate but please try to get your forms to a team member sooner than that. You can also get a form from one of your bargaining team members or at the vote on Monday.
