We have a Tentative Agreement!

The committed negotiation bargaining team has put in tremendous effort to collaborate with PVNA in creating this Tentative Agreement.
During these 15 bargaining sessions, we engaged in comprehensive discussions focused on improving working conditions and raising wages. We successfully reached agreements on the language regarding Relief Nurse, Workplace Violence Prevention, and Insurance Programs.
Agreed upon highlights of premiums:
- Weekend Premium [NEW]: $2.50/hour.
- Charge Nurse Premium: Increased to $3.00/hour from the current $1.50/hour.
- Preceptor Premium: Increased to $2.00/hour from the current $1.00/hour.
- Night On-Call from 1700-0800: Increase to $7.50/hour from the current $7.000/hour.
- On-Call for hours 0800-1700: Increase to $3.00/hour from the current $2.60/hour.
- Master degree/Certifications Premium: $1.50 to 2.50/hour premium depending upon certification and specialty area.
Contract wage increases:
- Following the second full pay period after ratification: 4% market adjustment to the RN pay scale plus an across-the-board 4.5% wage increase for a total of 8.5%.
- Following the first full pay period following 2/1/2026, a 2% increase to each wage scales.
- Following the first full pay period following 8/1/2026, a 1.5% increase to each wage scales.
- Following the first full pay period following 2/1/2027, a 2% increase to each wage scales.
- Following the first full pay period following 8/1/2027, a 1.5% increase to each wage scales.
Voting will start on April 10, 2025, at 0700 and close April 11, 2025, at 2000.
