WSNA is aware of the announcement of “CHI Franciscan and Virginia Mason’s intentions to explore the formation of a joint operating company. “ CHI Franciscan and Virginia Mason are exploring the possibility of a merger and intend to make a decision by the end of the year. WSNA is here to protect the interest of our members and will be involved all along the way. We will keep you informed with any developments as they occur.
