Negotiation update

Your WSNA negotiation team and management have agreed to try an expedited negotiation process by narrowing the discussion to wages and benefits with the hope of coming to an acceptable agreement with timely wage increase without lengthy negotiations which would add to uncertainty in these already difficult times.
We will have these expedited discussions on 4/23/21. If this process does not work out, we will convert to traditional negotiations.
We are hopeful this expedited contract process will lead us to a tentative agreement that we can present to all of you for a vote. Please watch for an update. If you have questions, contact a member of the negotiation team or WSNA Nurse Representative Michelle Moore, mmoore@wsna.org.
