Prepare to clutch your pearls!

Today we met with Management for day 4 of bargaining.
Management provided a 39 page proposal that left our team stunned and disappointed. In spite of the proposals presented by our nurses designed to keep and hire nurses, management proposed huge take-aways, including:
- Removing patient ratios from the CBA
- Eliminating Clinical Service lines
- A wage proposal that that will keep our wages below Auburn
- Removal of wage steps beyond 25
The time is NOW to tell MultiCare that these proposals are not acceptable – offensive even – and we will not stand for these insults.
Please join us tonight at our weekly Sip and Chat for more information about negotiations. Online 8:00 pm- 9:00 pm.
Join on your computer, mobile app or room device. Contact your officers or nurse rep for the meeting link/phone number.
Also, please wear your WSNA t-shirt tomorrow for Blue Friday! Let’s send the message that we are united and we expect more from management!
