Bargaining is complete

WSNA has completed the bargaining process for retention and appreciation bonuses for staff nurses. See the Letter of Understanding (LOU) which can be opened from either local unit web page or by clicking the button below:
We have reviewed the retention bonus agreement and do not oppose it, as it is straight forward. Please be thoughtful before signing a year commitment, as you will be required to pay back the FULL amount received if you resign and fall short of the 12 months.
