Ratification Vote 2/20/2025-2/21/2025

We are very excited about the tentative agreement we were able to reach with management last week on a new contract. This contract has incredible improvements and will make St. Clare’s a better, safer, and fairer place to work. From some of the best wages in the state, to the new float pool premium, to new break nurse positions this contract is one of the best ever at St. Clare’s, and your bargaining team strongly endorses a YES Vote.

Voting for the new contract will be next week and will be entirely electronic. Voting will take place starting at 0800 on 2/20/2025 and will end at 2000 on 2/21/2025. Ballots will be sent to your PERSONAL EMAIL. We will be in the resource center starting at 0600 on 2/21/2025 to help anyone who needs it to be able to vote.

PTO Donations for the Bargaining Team

Your bargaining team donated over 50 hours of their own time in bargaining sessions alone (not to mention prep sessions, in-between bargaining sessions, and hundreds of emails), often having to miss work and use PTO to cover the time. Show your appreciation to your bargaining team for negotiating a great contract by donating at least an hour of PTO to help cover their time. Every donation is greatly appreciated!!
