We hear you loud and clear that the current staffing conditions are unsustainable and need immediate attention. Please see the link below to a letter to your CNO articulating your concerns and some ideas for how to combat the shortages we are seeing. Please keep filling out your ADO forms which document these staffing concerns, staffing outside of matrices and missed rest and meal breaks. WSNA officers review these forms with leadership monthly.
