You may have recently received information regarding a pending class action lawsuit, the Bosch v. PeaceHealth case. You should review the information thoroughly.

Please note that WSNA is not a party or otherwise involved in that case.

The lawsuit seeks to vindicate your rights under law with respect to timeclock rounding practices, and meal and rest breaks. While WSNA is not involved in the case, WSNA does not oppose it.

If you want to be excluded from the lawsuit, you must submit an Exclusion Request which must be postmarked no later than December 6, 2021. If you take no action, you will be represented by the plaintiffs' attorneys, as no cost to you, as part of the class action.

Unless you are planning to file your own lawsuit concerning the same issues, there is no reason not to participate in the case.
