Your WSNA local unit officers have been elected!

It is a delight to report that your WSNA local unit officers have been elected for the 2024-2027 term! Thanks to all the nurses who nominated their peers and the members who voted. Your officers will soon participate in training for their specific positions to support the local unit goals of WSNA Seattle King County staff nurses. Individual introductions will follow this update:

Additional appointments may occur for additional grievance officers and membership committee team members per your local unit rules. Contact your Nurse Representative to learn more about these opportunities to unify and strengthen the local unit as union nurses!

You can anticipate WSNA Union 101 training to begin in December. There can never be enough site reps and activists in every division and work site. Seattle King County staff nurses ARE WSNA! Contact WSNA Nurse Representative to learn more.

The local unit is only as strong as engaged staff nurses who are WSNA members. All nurses are encouraged to know where to access your current contract documents and archive of communications on your local unit webpage. Find and read in the document bar above.
