Join us and let’s make a difference together!

2. Union Reps

We are revamping the unit rep role, and we need your engagement, passion, ideas and grit.

Together we can do great things.

Together we can protect our rights, our patients and each other.

Together we can work to retain great coworkers and hold the hospital accountable for what is best for our patients.

Become a Unit Rep!

We are working to keep momentum and interest in bettering our working conditions between contract negotiations. Imagine how strong we can be next time around with a fully engaged nurse workforce.

WE CAN DO THIS - TOGETHER!

Become a Unit Rep! Our union work continues, and we would love to add your voice to our team. Help us reach every nurse at SCH and foster engagement and true representation. Commitment includes quarterly meetings with the SCH WSNA officer group, unit bulletin board maintenance, and being a connected liaison between your unit and WSNA representatives.

New and existing unit reps welcomed to be involved in the revamping of this very important role across the organization.

Email Annika Hoogestraat at ahoogest@gmail.com or Kara Yates at kara.e.yates@gmail.com with questions about these roles or to volunteer for either opportunity.

We look forward to hearing from you!
