The nurses of Providence SHMC have voted down the proposed Temporary Incentive MOU which was put to a vote of the membership this morning. Nurses have told us the incentive being offered needs to apply to everyone. In addition, they conveyed a shift-by-shift incentive would be most helpful as well, and for all units and FTEs. We were sure to convey this to management and asked them to expand the language. At this time, we are waiting to hear if they are interested in incorporating what we communicated.

We will keep you apprised of details as they come.

OUR ASK of YOU – We would like each nurse to reach out to at least two nurses they know on their unit over the next two weeks.
