We’ve reached a tentative agreement on 2 Memorandums of Understanding!

Ballots are headed to your physical mailbox.
Several months ago your WSNA leaders approached PeaceHealth St. John management about offering an incentive that would provide additional hourly compensation to the RNs at PeaceHealth St. John in order to fill open shifts. Many RNs contacted their WSNA representatives and told them that they wanted an incentive premium similar to what is offered at PeaceHealth Southwest. After months of discussion, WSNA and PeaceHealth have come to a tentative agreement on a Compensation for Extra Shifts Memorandum of Understanding (CES MOU). A copy of that tentative memorandum of understanding has been mailed to WSNA members via the US Postal Service.
While WSNA and hospital management were engaged in incentive pay discussions, hospital leadership approached WSNA about offering an ED retention bonus. After much discussion about the retention bonus, WSNA and PeaceHealth St. John leadership came to a tentative agreement on a memorandum of understanding that has been sent to WSNA members via the US Postal Service.
Please check your mailbox and carefully review both MOU documents and mail in your ballots as soon as possible. Ballots must be received by WSNA no later than May 31, 2021.
