Save the date for a virtual local unit meeting for WSNA members at Overlake on November 15. We will have random prize drawings for 10 nurses who attend, must be present to win. Only WSNA members who have submitted a membership application may attend local unit meetings, vote, be a unit rep and participate in the negotiation team or any union committee.

Complete the bargaining survey to prepare your team to advocate for a fair contract for all Overlake RNs. Let us know what you are willing to do to make that happen in your unit and/or to consent to be on the bargaining team, please indicate this in the survey. Encourage your peers to do the same. Survey closes December 22. The top departments with the highest percentage of surveys submitted will win prizes for their efforts. Do not delay. We want to hear from ALL of you. Let’s do this!

The employer counts every non-member as on their side. We must be prepared to unify around our shared interests to achieve the fair contract we all deserve.
