Supplementals
February is your month. If you wish to change your scale and availability from 16% to 18% or 18% to 16% by reaching out to your core leader. Staffing needs do not impact your ability to change your availability.
Contract Corner
We have received many emails from you all requesting we mirror the Sacred Heart wage increase. We are currently exploring options with Providence and hope to update you all in person at our local unit meeting on February 27, 2023. These meetings will cover collective bargaining, work to educate you regarding collective bargaining agreements, and what it takes to secure the best contract during local unit meetings.
Wage increases from the current contract will be in effect on 2/15/2023 and will be reflected in the first pay period following 2/15/2023.
Incentives
We have advocated for the return of incentives, and we are happy to announce that we have entered into an agreement with Holy Family. Providence has indicated implementation will be February 7, 2023 and the agreement will be available on this web page.
