It’s time to ratify our contract!

We are very excited about the tentative agreement we were able to reach with management a new contract. This is a strong contract with some historic improvements made in areas you made clear were most important. Your bargaining team strongly endorses a YES Vote.

Upcoming Schedule of Events:

Information Session at Evergreen: Thursday, April 10

We will be in the hospital in conference room Green 1270, between the Cancer Center and the Gift Shop. You will be able to hear from the bargaining team about the contract, get a chance to look through the tentative agreement and ask the team questions. There will be two sessions to coincide with shift changes.

5:45 pm – The room is open if you want to come by early while we set up and look at the redline contract.

6:15 pm - Info Session 1

6:45 - 7:45 Intermission - Q&A, read documents, socialize, photos, sign-up to stay engaged

7:45 - 8:15 – Info Session 2

Showing up in person is ideal, but we know not everyone can. We will do our best with this hybrid option, but it could prove difficult for us to interact with those at home. If you cannot make it in person, log onto the Teams link below at either start time.  We have a virtual session on April 14 as well.

Information Session on Teams: Monday, April 14

This will be another opportunity to hear from bargaining team members about the contract and ask the team questions.  We will also have the “redline” contract online for you to view.

Online Ratification Vote: noon Wednesday, April 16 through April 18 at noon.

Due to the overwhelming requests for online voting in the past, this vote will be entirely electronic. A copy of the draft “redline” contract will be included with Ballots which will be sent to your personal email address on file. Voting on the new contract will open on Wednesday, 4/16/2025, at noon pm and will close on Friday, 4/18/2025, at noon.

We will be at the hospital from 4 pm to 8 pm. We will have paper copies of the redline, and bargaining team members will be here to answer questions. If you have technical issues or need to sign up as a member at the last minute, you can find us in the Green Conference Room 1270 between the Cancer Center and the Gift Shop.

Make sure you are set up to vote!

You must be a dues-paying member in good standing to vote.  To verify that you are a dues-paying member, please look at the after-tax deduction list at the bottom of your pay stub.  If you do not see Union Dues - WSNA, you are not a dues-paying member and will not receive a ballot.

We will send out a confirmation email to all we currently have as dues-paying members on the morning of April 14. If you do not receive it, please check your membership status on your paystub and update your email address at
