Correction regarding pay for donning and doffing

Pay for Donning and Doffing
The issue of Donning and Doffing has come up especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. If you change into scrubs when you come to work, you should clock in first. You have 10 minutes on either side of the clock for donning and doffing (not 15 minutes as previously stated). Clock in, change into your scrubs and be ready for report on time. At the end of your shift, doff your scrubs and change back into street clothes then clock out. This has been a long-standing policy for OR but also relates to anyone who dons and doffs for work. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact one of your officers or your nurse representative from WSNA.
