Contract bargaining update

On Monday, January 13, your WSNA team of RNs and AMR leadership met for our fourth scheduled bargaining session in an effort to reach a tentative agreement on a new 3-year contract.

Both sides exchanged updated wage proposals, and we made positive movement.

We remain apart on what the team believes to be fair wage increases.

WSNA has also proposed the additional recognition for past experience as an RN that the employer has so far pushed back on.

We have made significant progress and remain hopeful that we will reach an agreement soon.  Our next scheduled session is set for Tuesday, January 28.
