We have reached a Tentative Agreement!

Your team of registered nurses along with the WSNA attorney and nurse representative, has reached a Tentative Agreement for the contract starting January 1 of this year through December 31 of 2027.

We managed to reach this tentative agreement without giving up a single benefit!

Some highlights include:

Wages…

  • Retroactive to the first full pay period after January 1, 2025, an increase of 7%
  • Beginning January 2026, a wage increase of 5%
  • Beginning January 2027, a wage increase of 4.25%
  • That is a total of 16.25% over 3 years. Additionally, nurses receive annual "step" increases.

Modified wage steps to equal no less than 1% between each:

  • After step 15 , some of the step increases are below 1%.  We were able to increase those steps to 1% above the previous step.  This means that any nurse above step 15 will receive more than a 7% increase in the first year because of the step adjustment.

Increases in Differential Pay starting 5/01/2025

  • Nights increases to $5/Hr
  • Weekends increases to $4.50/Hr

Medical Benefit Portion Reduction:

  • Split will go from 80% Employer and 20% employee to:
  • 85% Employer and 15% employee

Vacation Increase:

  • For employees with greater than 15 years of service, they will receive an additional week of vacation (this will equal 6 weeks in total for RNs working at AMR more than 15 years), effective January 1, 2026.

The vote for this contract will be conducted on February 19 with details on time and location to follow.

A comprehensive summary and redline of the contract will be made available at WSNA.org prior to the vote date.

Your bargaining team recommends a "YES" Vote!
