Dec. 13, 2019, was our 3^rd day of negotiations. There was quite a bit of discussion concerning the safety of nurses when travelling to and from work using public transit and with parking. We also discussed preceptor issues. We began to have a discussion about sick leave, granting of vacations and problems with getting vacations. Our next session is scheduled in January. We are in the process of scheduling more sessions.
