WSNA and Astria Toppenish Hospital have reached a settlement for the two grievances, PTO calculations being based on FT hours per pay period, not per hour (CBA 8.1, 8.2, 8.3) and Seniority, PTO and EIT benefits shall accrue for Low Census and Call Back hours (CBA 4.10).

The lost accruals have been added and letter have been sent to the bargaining unit nurses.

Nurses will have 30 days to review and bring any disputes to HR regarding the calculations.
