Make your priorities known today!

Your current WSNA contract expires December 31, 2024, but we begin negotiations early this time, in June. Taking the negotiation survey is a critical first step to help inform and prepare the team about what matters most to the staff nurses in all divisions and locations across Seattle King County. Plan to spend about 10 minutes; longer if you want to include narrative to your responses.

Remember that the priorities that matter most to the majority of nurses is the purpose of the survey.  Nurses who actively participate and engage in the survey and actions directly affects what happens at the bargaining table. Maybe you will be a team member or help your work site take action to support gaining that strong contract?  Take the survey today
