April 16 and 29, we had our fourth and fifth day of negotiations using the Interest Based Bargaining (IBB) model. We had collaborative discussions and are making good progress.

We addressed premiums/differentials, wages, PTO cash out, standby, holiday pay, health insurance, education, and the Nurse Recognition Program.

Our next dates for negotiations are May 16 and 17.
