Select the appropriate membership option below based on whether or not WSNA represents you for collective bargaining (if you work at a WSNA local unit and WSNA is your labor union, then the answer is yes).

If WSNA represents you for collective bargaining (in other words, you work in a WSNA local unit and WSNA is your labor union), complete this version of our membership application.
Professional association
If you are NOT represented by WSNA for collective bargaining (you don't work in a WSNA local unit), complete this version of our membership application.
